I don't shoot ordinary real estate. The market for that is well served by faster, cheaper photographers and I'd send you to one of them.
What I shoot is the listing that needs to sell at the top of its market — a Hamburg waterfront property, an Elbe villa, a yacht-adjacent residence, a heritage building in Sylt or on Lake Starnberg, a Mediterranean villa for an international broker. The kind of property where a competent photo essay raises the asking price.
What's included:
Standard luxury real estate engagement: half-day or full-day on site, ground photography across interior and exterior, integrated drone coverage (one of the few photographers in Hamburg licensed for commercial drone work who also shoots ground), edit and delivery within 5 business days, full usage license to the brokerage.
Minimum project:
Half-day on-site, €1,200. No quotes below this — the work doesn't get cheaper if I rush it.
